The Dansko brand of shoes and clogs began in 1990 on a trip to buy a horse. Instead of a horse, Dansko Founder, Mandy Cabot, found the most comfortable shoe she had ever worn, a clog. She could spend countless hours doing her chores and working in the barn with surprising comfort. And there, in a barn, is where the Dansko brand started. Fast forward to present day, we were tasked with bringing that horse, barn, and farm heritage back to life with Summer and Winter seasons. The idea was to get the overall brand feeling back to its roots with just a little more modern style and vibe. We loved these shoots so much and can't wait to be back in Amish country again this Summer. Here is a small snippet of way too many images to choose from!
